Indeed, Rhino Pool Borders is not intended to structurally repair damaged liners. It may cosmetically cover certain minor imperfections where the liner remains structurally sound. However, if you have tears occurring precisely where your liner meets the coping, our product may not offer the ideal solution for your situation. How can I tell if my pool is suitable for Rhino Pool liners?

Can I install Rhino Pool Borders on my above ground pool?
Yes. Rhino Pool Borders is compatible with above-ground pools that have PVC/vinyl liners. However, replacement liners for many above-ground pools are generally much more affordable than custom in-ground pool liners, which can cost thousands of dollars to replace. While Rhino Pool Borders can be used on both above-ground and in-ground pools, the greatest value is often for in-ground pool owners because of the significantly higher cost of liner replacement.
How can I be sure I have the right dimensions?
To ensure you have the correct dimensions, the simplest approach is to use a rolling wheel measuring tape. If that’s not on hand, a standard measuring tape works too. Just measure the linear feet around your pool’s waterline, and you’ll know exactly how much to order. For added peace of mind, we’ll include an extra 3 feet of material at no extra cost to accommodate any small measurement variances. How long will it take to install? I have a standard-size pool.
What tools will I require if I decide to do it myself?
Most products required can be found at your local dollar store.

A scraper or something similar to remove/separate the skimmer frame from your liner, and the moulding on both sides of the entry stairs
What should I expect when I receive the package?
When your package arrives, you’ll receive your chosen border length, plus an extra 3 feet (1 meter) at no additional cost. We include two complimentary plastic squeegees for easy installation. You can access step-by-step instructions and support through our “Rhino University” online resource, and a QR code on the box offers quick access to these guides. Our toll-free support number is also readily available if needed!
What if, while installing the Rhino Pool Border, I crease it a little?
Our borders are made from thick, durable vinyl, so they’re extremely resistant to creasing. In fact, if you do notice a bubble or crease, you have 15 to 20 minutes of adjustment time. During that window, you can simply lift the border, reposition it, and use your included squeegee to smooth it out. Once the adjustment period has passed, the adhesive continues developing its final bond over approximately 24–48 hours. You won’t see any creases or damage.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, because every Rhino Pool Borders order is custom-cut to your pool’s exact measurements and selected design, returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and rolled as originally shipped.
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend confirming that your pool liner is in suitable condition for installation. Rhino Pool Borders is intended for liners that are structurally sound and is not recommended for liners with major rips or tears, or excessive shrinkage that has caused the liner to pull away from the coping.
